VOD no longer connection after new software.

My VOD on my hr21 had been working flawless. Now since 30 software release it will not connect to internet. Downloads are on pause and I have checked settings and they still are proper. Using my wireless Buffalo access point at TV.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Mine are fine; one wireless and one direct wired; have you already tried a reset of wireless adapter, the DVR or both?

reset my router and it worked. However box still freezing with new software every few hours. This is bogus.

The entire box freezes or simply the net connection? If simply the net connection, are you using static assigned IPs or dynamically assigned; could you be having IP conflicts?

Nope complete box freezes.

ahh well that sounds like I would be asking for a replacement. maybe it is a faulty piece internally and coincidental timing on the new software.
