VIP922 Search Question

I just had a VIP922 installed to replace an old receiver and have a question I'm hoping the crowd can answer for me. When I try to do a search of the program guide (pressing the search button on the remote while watching a show) I always get no results found. Search does fine through the DVR and On Demand. It seems to be only the Program Guide, On Now, and On Later where it doesn't work. I chatted with support and they said search of the Program Guide was not supported on the VIP922. Seems odd to me so was wondering if anybody can confirm that for me?

That doesn't sound right. I have used the search function to find programs in the guide. Not sure why yours isn't working.

I would double check it, but just had my 922 replaced with a Hopper.

Give your 922 about 24 hours to fill in the search data .
