VIP722k OTA question

I have seen several posts that state the 722k is suppose to have come with the OTA module and just as many that say it does not. Before I go buy one does anyone know which in fact it is suppose to be?

The 722K has an optional plug-in OTA tuner module. If you ordered your 722K with the module and paid a little extra you should have received it.

The OTA module has to be ordered, either with the unit or in addition to it. If you just order a 722k, you will not automatically receive it with the receiver.
