Vip222 to MCE

I built a media center PC / movie server with an HDTV dual tuner card it that will except HDTV thru coax, and SDTV thru coax or S-video. Is there any way to get the HDTV signal from the Vip222 into the HDTV coax input on my tuner card?

I've looked into modulators but they seem pretty pricy.
