VIP222 Question

Hello All,
I had a VIP222 receiver installed about three weeks ago and am experiencing an issue.
TV2 shows a fuzzy, noisy picture on channels above 169. All others are clear on a standard definition TV. All channels on TV1 are great.
Any ideas?

What channel are you using for TV2?

If you are using "air" channels, try a lower number channel in the 20's. If that doesn't work, try the "cable 73" channel.

If you are using "cable" channels, try 80 or another channel.

You should find one that is clear.

If there is a splitter or diplexer being used, they could be the problem, but I would check other channels first.
