Installed vip622 a few days ago, had them redirect a couple low signals. But...it is real frustrating, some shows that record either regular or hd are black screen or froze up and won't play. You can fast fwd them and see the picture but hit play and it is either froze or black screen. I am an old TIVO user (still hooke up till or if I get these issues worked out) and never had problems like this. Can anyone help? Also, i take it I have to be satisified in so many days to get them to take this back right?

Well as luck would have it, My bulb blew on my 56mx195 tosh. So probably won't be watching hd until Thursday....(when it rains it pours)
