VIP 222 Dish N UP Cost

Just called Dish to swap out two 322 receivers, for the Vip 622 and Vip 222. The CSR said it would be $149-$50 rebate for the 622 and $119-$50 rebate for the 222. Has anyone else been offered this deal and does it sound correct? I should also be eligible for the 10-$10 HD rebate for being a new HD customer right?

I don't know what the price is on the ViP222 (probably your CS rep is the only one who would know at this point), but the other aspects of your deal sound correct. And, yes, you should qualify for 10 $10 rebates on DishHD package.

You might also want to consider DVR Advantage programming package.

Either they changed the Dishin it Up promotion as of June 1st, or your CSR was mistaken, because last I checked Dishin it up covers a max of 3 tuners. She was probably gonna set you up with a 622 and a 211, especially at that price.

Maybe they can bend the 3 tuners per transaction limit.
