view statement?

greetings,

anyone have trouble viewing statements on line?

since i upgraded to HD and receiver, i can't see statements from november to current.

i have a positive balance since i paid a year in advance but can't see what the charges are that are reducing my balance.

i do paperless billing and autopay, so have not gotten anything in the mail.

kind of hard to tell what is going on.

just got done with an online chat with CSR @ Dish.

it is because i have a positive balance on my account, i am not able to see statements for the last 3 months.

so, my balance is being reduced each month to pay the bill, but i have no idea what the charges are.

not until i am below zero will i see what i am paying. and at that time i am not even sure if i will be able to see what the charges have been.

does this seem odd to anyone?

anyway, just venting.

I used to pay annually up until last year. I can see statements but can't change or look at programming. They have a very odd computer system, it seems.

It is buggy, when I have a credit balance I cannot see statements.
