I just had voom installed and I notice that the picture was shifted like two inches to the left. I am using the DVI connection with 1080i. It happens on all channels. I didn't see this issue in the know bugs, but I might have missed something.

Welcome!

Is your TV set an RCA by any chance?

Is there an issue with RCAs? I have Voom service coming on the 21st and am hooking up to a RCA HD50LPW42 (50" DLP).

Try component and see if you still have the problem. Some TVs have issues with DVI - called the DVI "shift" problem. Has something to do with the timing of the DVI signal coming into the TV as I recall. It usually can be fixed with a firmware update for the TV.

Good luck,

Doug

How would you upgrade the firmware on a TV? It does not have networking capiblity or an input card.

OTA Channels Not Maintaining their “Hidden” Setting

Does the OTA tuner work without sat connected?
