Video on Demand

Why doesn't Dish offer VOD for premium channels? I subscribe to all the premiums. The only one that I do see is Starz. Where are HBO, SHO, TMC & Max?

But i have to say I prefer to watch VOD on my HDTV, not on my computer screen. It doesn't seem like it would be a big deal to allow VOD for premium channels you are subscribed to.

I don't see it?
Or is because of the free promotion that we don't have On Demand?
