Have a situation I don't fully understand. When I choose a VOD and start watching immediately, everything is fine. It comes in full screen on my Panasonic HDTV (720p) set.
After watching it then go back and watch it again afterwards- say a few hours later, the screen has two black marks on each side of the screen. It seems it is reformatting in 4:3 and none of the buttons on the remote work to resize this back to 16:9 and fill up the screen.
Anybody got any ideas why this happens ONLY on VOD movies. If I buy a PPV and not VOD, it works just fine?
