Does anyone have any advice for those who removed the bloatware from the phone and now get a fail when they try to install an update?

I got the last update for 4.2.2 via Kies which allowed me to get the update OTA for 4.3.

Is anyone who has updated to 4.3 getting security warning popups every now and then? Seems like it happens whenever my phone connects to a new wifi network. Very annoying.
