Was considering going to the Boston Garden date, unitl I saw ticket prices for decent seats. $200+ for Loge:eek:
And Kool and the Gang are the opening act for some of the tour dates!? I'll pass. I saw them a couple of times back in the day.

I need to hear the current version perform some of the VH classics because the new "Tattoo" is downright painful to hear. So between that and Kool and the Gang; optimistically waiting.

A few years back at city fest in Charlotte NC, Jethro Tull was the opening act for Kid Rock. Twas an evening to remember. Unless unlimited booze is included, for $200 that should include back stage passes or at least an evening with a groupie chick.

The "5150" in my username is because I WAS the biggest VH fan walking the earth. But now, it all looks like a cash grab, and I don't want any of it. Replacing Mike Anthony was the last straw for me. I wouldn't walk across the street to see them. Free. :(

TenaGoble... Don't think about it too hard. LOL

Met all the VH members (with David Lee Roth) as we were checking into the same hotel that they were back in 83, 84, 85, 86 or so. Concert in Omaha, what ever year that was. I don't recall exactly. All I remember is that one of the band members asked if we were going to the show and we told them that we were and just had to get "primed" first and we'd be there. They laughed and walked out to their bus and off to the auditorium. Civic Auditorium at that time.
