I think I'm going to switch over to D*, and I have a referal number from a friend to get the extra $50 off, but I'd like to sign up online. Is there a way to use a referal online, or must you call in your order to get this? If I call in, will they give me the $20 off for a year rather than the $10 off for a year. I know this is the last day to sign up, so I'm hoping to find an answer early so I can sign up this afternoon.
