Using 2 vip222k receivers and cost

Wanting to switch to dish with the new top120plus programming package..thinking about using two vip222k receivers but not sure how dish charges for this setup..will I pay only the $7.00 additional receiver fee for the second receiver? Not interested in any additional add-ons..just want tv for 4 rooms...Thanks for any info

Additional 222 would be $14.00 (two tuners). 211 (1tuner) is $7.00.

Thanks for the reply..One thing I forgot to ask is will they charge additional $7.00 for the first receiver seeing how it's dual..I already own two VIP211k receivers I use on the pay per month program I us in RV.. In other words would it be $7.00 for the VIP222 and additional $14.00 for the two VIP211's

The first (primary) receiver is always free, no matter which one. So $0 for the 222, then $7 each 211.

With 2 222's, only two outputs are HD, the other two would be sd. Additional fees if you use two 211's instead of one of the 222 would be the same but you would have three HD and one sd.

Makes sense to buy a 222 primary and use the 211's I already own..could still take the 211 camping with my tailgater..thanks

You'd have to move the 211 from your RV off that account and put it on the new one. If you go to use it on the same account it is on currently, you will be registered as an existing customer. Catch- if you have had the account off and in good standing for 60 days, then you can qualify for a returning customer.
