I noticed last night that WBIF 51 (which use to be PAX), switched from Daystar to UPN. They are ID'ing as "UPN NW Florida". (picked this up on the Free to Air system last night)
Since they are full powered (5000KW), as long as Equity can get it to the POP, they should be adding it sometime soon.
