KBTX (CBS Bryan/College Station, TX) is finally a step closer to being offered by DISH as the EPG info was uplinked today for their CBS and CW digital feeds. KBTX is one of a few and perhaps the only full-powered network affiliate DISH had refused to carry when financial terms were not a hindering point.

What's a channel package flag change?

They are remaps for subs that do not have the appropriate packages/subscription for a channel. For instance the NHL Center Ice channels are now in free preview so Dish just has to put up remaps instead of authorizing the regular Center Ice Channels for everybody and then de-authorizing them to non Center Ice Subscribers. This way Dish only has to delete the remapped channels and the only subs able to tune the Center Ice Channels would be Center Ice Subscribers.

I have known that the cable companies here are switching back to WSEE CBS I don't now why!
