Upgrade dish and receiver for cabin

When I swap out the old 18" dish for the new slimline should I point it in the exact same direction or will it be different?

Is it a single lnb or multiple one? Either way, the installation is fairly straight forward. I'd check youtube for guidance.

It is a single lnb. I have a good location and get a good signal now with the old dish so I am hoping I can point the new one in the exact same way and pick up the signal

The single lnb dish is simpler to align. Come on back if you have problems with the new one and we can probably help you out. Like I said, check youtube for guidance.
