I think part of the reason Ive had issues is the software is the original for the box.....date 9/3/03!!
So I went to the DMSI site and under 3618 there are 4 items
2 PDF's and 2 EXE's
I printed off the PDF's and saved the EXE's (ST3618 program & Loader software) to a disk so I can take it home and do this
So as long as I follow the instructions there shouldn't be any issues.....right??????
Just run the loader software and then the software update...also does it take care of the other issues? I noticed there is an update of 12/3/03 for "improves scanning". Will the newest software take care of this too?
