Update Question

Ok, so I am eligible for my equipment upgrade and was wondering if I should even do it right now, first off, and secondly, what do I upgrade to.

Currently I have the HR34-700 as the main box in my living room, and 3 H-25-500's (only 2 of which are hooked up right now) in master bedroom and kids toy room. I will be finishing my basement within the next year and will need the 4th box to go down there for the man cave.

So, is it worth it to go ahead and upgrade now? And if so to what equipment? Thanks in advance for any advice.

They are saying I can upgrade one of the H25's to an HR24 at no cost or all of the H25's to Genie Minis at no cost. Which option is better?

I would upgrade to the HR24. It will give you two more tuners available to record, and at no additional monthly cost. The other option wouldn't increase your monthly cost either.
