Unsubscribed channel(s): shows won't play via Joey

I recently lowered my plan to the AT200, and shows that were recorded on AT250 channels (primarily on Boomerang) won't play on either of my Joey's, but WILL play on my Hopper. Yet HBO movies recorded when I subscribed to them WILL play. Huh?? Is there any way to fix this?? It's driving my son (and me) batty.

It's a known issue, I know it's been reported to the engineering teams to look at. Not at work, not able to see my "known issues" page and see if there is a workaround. I know there wasn't a workaround before.
