UNLV researchers find lead in Mexican Hot Sauces

In all the restaurants in these parts, including Mexican, Cholula is on every table. It seems to be the favorite. With all respect to Tabasco, which is made with tabasco peppers, I prefer Cholula which is made with Pequin and Arbol peppers, a flavor profile more to my liking....
