Universal LNB set up ?

I have Pansat 2500A + 30" dish and try to get Telstar 5. by using universal LNB 0.3db but looks like it does not work even when I set receiver to universal. It does work with standard LNB. Any advice , instruction will be very appreciated. Thanks a lot !!

easiest thing to do with the Universal (just found this out) is set it for
Standard
LO Frequency 10600
22k ON

Its easier than the Universal setting
