What package is Universal HD in i cannot find it anywhere.

Channel 366. I believe it's part of the Blockbuster package.

Am I crazy or does The Universal channel cut their moves for content and time? I could of sworn I see that.

The Blockbuster pack is a pretty decent bundle of channels. The discs are just icing on the goose.

You may want to consider stepping down from the 250 to the 200 package (save $10), and then adding Blockbuster (add $10). I think your monthly bill would stay the same. The only channel I miss from 250 is Encore HD, but getting the 3 Epix HD channels, MGMHD, HDNet movies, and Universal, PLUS the one-at-a-time disk, was well worth the switch for my wife and I.

That depends greatly on what it is he watches in the Top250. I would miss DIY BIO COOK and H2 alot. My wife watches Veria often. Probably others if I looked and compared packages.
