Universal HD jutter problem

Does anyone else have a problem with jutter on Universal HD mine is almost unwatchable at times.

I was checking the known channel issue list and there is a known issue for Universal HD at this time for Poor or distorted video. The techs are aware of the problem and we are working to resolve it as quick as possible.

I wonder if it's an NBC thing. I was seeing video breakup with the NBC Sports during the Formula 1 qualifying this morning.
