Pretty damn good. Would've preferred DD, but the DPL still rocked pretty hard.

From what I've read. It was open matted, but no Dobly Digital. I don't think I missed much

It was terrific in HD. After seeing this so many times on VHS (my daughter just loved that movie), having it in HD was like a whole new movie to me.

And, does Gary Sinese look a day older today than he did in this 12 year old movie?

Dang, I missed this thread. Would have recorded it! A great film in the theatre and on DVD, I would have liked to see it in HD.
