Underwater Odyessy & Guayanna

I am watching this show on Equator hd on Cablevision and during the whole show the top part of the screen has a very small black bar, its about quarter of an inch big. Its not on any of the other channels. Is anyone getting this on dish network on this show? Other then that the picture is great, love the underwater hd programming.

I believe this is the way it was shot. I think I saw the same on dish.
