Unable to change/stop current offers on the Dish website

As you know in the offers section of the Dish website, if your currently getting some time of programming offer you can elect to stop it before the offer is up. I noticed recently the drop down boxes are not there anymore to make those changes, I was just wondering if others are having the same issue?

I set mine to expire right after they were added which was back in Aug/Sep. Haven't got anything else to change now.Maybe someone else can check it out.

That setup is not available,but you can go online and chat and have removed.I did with the Half price Starz and HBO.I wasnt watching enough to justify even paying half price.

I guess chat will be the way to go, it was nice to just update it on the website
