LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2006--InterVideo(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:IVII) and its partner Ulead(R) Systems, Inc. announced today that they will demonstrate HD authoring and content navigation from a HD DVD sample drive and disc at their CES Booth #35962 in South Hall 4 this week. As active members of the HD DVD Promotion Group, InterVideo and Ulead HD products will also be featured at the Group's CES Booth # 71207 in the Central Hall.

Visitors to these booths will see first-hand how InterVideo and Ulead have leveraged their technology leadership to deliver products that make the HD DVD promise of superior video quality and enhanced interactivity a reality -- not just for professionals, but for consumers.
The demonstrations will show how InterVideo WinDVD(R) HD and Ulead DVD Movie Factory(TM) 5 can be combined to deliver a total HD DVD playback, authoring and burning solution on PCs and notebooks, barebone systems and TV tuners.
