Two issues that should be addressed

1. With the sheer number of receivers for sale on ebay and elsewhere, it would be in E*'s best interest to reduce their support call volume from people who are wanting to check R00 and S00 numbers. They need something under the "my account" area of their website where you could put in the numbers and it would tell you either "This unit is available for activation" or "This unit is currently on an active account" or "This unit is on an inactive account and would require payment of the $____ outstanding balance before it could be activated." I think they could do this without violating anyone's privacy.

2. With all the free deals available, what is the incentive for a potential customer to accept a "Club Dish" card? It needs to be made clear that "Club Dish" offers something the potential customer can't get with any of the other offers available.
