Just curious, has anyone ever hooked up two dishes in series to improve reception? Two small dishes act like one large dish, so I was curious if anyone has ever tried it?

It would not work for DBS given the LNBs/switches used, you would have to come up with all custom hardware, easier to just use a larger dish. They use it in radio astronomy. Very Large Array - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
