TWC local weather

Is there a way to turn off the local forecast and just watch the national weather on the 8's. I do enjoy seeing the national graphics instead of my local on the 8's. I can get my local weather elsewhere. Please let me know. Thanks.

When you get the popup box letting you know about the local's just press the exit button and it will shut it down until you tune into TWC again.
