Over the past couple of days the picture on my tv will freeze (usually after playing after a pause on the dvr). The live tv or recorded audio keeps playing in the background so it is just 100% the picture freezing. Turning the TV off and then back on puts the picture back where it should be. What could be the issue here? Digital handshake between the hopper and TV? Something else? It is an older Toshiba DLP tv. I haven't changed anything on my end and haven't had this problem before (had the hopper for 9 months or so).
