TV GUIDE CHANNEL FOR HOTEL HEADEND

Is there software to develop a tv guide channel for a hotel head end. The tv guide channel should be consist of tv listings and info, as a regular dish network program guide, and allow in house advertising. Thirty two channels being drawn from satellite, and distributed to each room by RG6 cable.

There's definitely a way to do this, when I was in college we had a custom Zap2It guide channel (most of the channels being fed by D*, plus a few extra locals, MTVU, etc). Maybe that's something Zap2It sells, I don't know.
