tv channels switch by it self

my tv got crazy and switching channels by itself. turn off and on.
i have PILOT pil2599.
what should i do?

This is not a commonly known cable box in the US. I could only find references in Hebrew. The first thought is that you have an RF remote (instead of infrared). This oten happens with these and it means a neighbor is using the same frequency. You solve it by looking in the manual and following procedures to change the channel of the remote and unit.
