Yesterday it was all good, and working.
This morning I just turned it on and then the fan started really loud and the whole receiver went off... no lights, no anything.
I unplugged and plug it again and it restarted, and again, only like 2 minutes on and the same thing.

What is that?

Sounds like it's going bad,suggest you call DISH Tech Dept. they will probably recommend replacement.
