im new to all this so bear with me .i havent used my satelite for over 12 months so i reset my box to factory settings. ive done a scan and found hotbird and astra but im not getting a signal from turksat or sirius or hispisat. ive used my remote control to move the dish slowly to see if i get anything but no signal even if my dish moved a bit i should get something shouldnt i any one help please
