When it's February and the TurboHD packages become available to existing customers, will you have to be on Eastern Arc with the proper satellites?

It could be the greatest question ever asked, but if no one outside of Dish Network's hierarchy knows and is not telling, it may be almost impossible to answer with any certainty.

You can have Turbo provided

1. You have all MPEG 4 receivers active (once you get turbo you can never have an MPEG 2 receiver active again)

2. You already have visibility to 129 or 61.5 (you would also need 119 and 110 or 77 and 72.7)

3. If you ask ERT very nicely they might let you have it before FEB 1st (they will tell you no if the first two conditions are not met)
