Hi everyone, I currently have 2 hoppers connected to dpp33 and a duo switch.
Lately I started getting signal out errors (error02) on one of the hoppers which alternate between hoppers.
I thought that the problem was the dpp33 switch so I decided to switch it out but when I install the dpp44 nothing happens t check switch. Is here a way to troubleshoot the dpp44?

Thanks

Bizarre combination of sats, but IMHO it should work. Dead DPP44? Dead power inserter? Bad cable from inserter to DPP44?

I would guess it's the node. I can't see all 3 singles showing no signal at the same time. You should be getting something. I'm sure you've already tried hard resetting both hoppers and re running check switch.

Check the cable between the power inserter and the switch. It's pretty sensitive. Try unhooking both ends and rehook.

Yeah i know its a bizarre setup but Here in Haiti i can only get 110/119 and 77. Also i have a dpp33 switch and for some reason only one hopper would be able to get all sats at a time. its very annoying. thats why i was gonna hook up the dpp44 because i thought the dpp33 was going bad.

Try bypassing the node. Connect your hopper lines directly to the switch and run check switch test again. You'll only get 2 tuners without the node but that will tell you if the node is the issue or not.

Keep in mind if you try without the node the check switch will take unusually long due to the third tuner lacking a feed.
