I am having some difficulty picking up all of the channels when programming under "Antenna Setup". We have added a second receiver and can't figure out why we are missing so many of the channels we get on the existing receiver. We are using a dual LNB. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Antenna setup does not have anything to do with LNB's, they are your satellite "antennas".
What receiver do you have?
How is the OTA signal getting from your antenna to your receiver, is it diplexed into the satellite cable or seperate?
Do you have any amplifiers in the signal path?
Did you split the OTA signal for the second receiver?
We need you to be as detailed about your setup as possible. My OUIJA board is on the fritz.

We are complete novices to the satellite system but trying to gain as much info as possible, so thanks for any assistance.
No amplifiers in the lines which are both RG6 cable run directly from the LNB to each receiver. The receivers are both Viewsat Xtreme VS 2000.
