TRAXIS DBS 2500 realign dish

I am getting an error message that says, 'no or bad signal". The last storm may had moved the dish. I am looking for someone to come out to adjust the dish but cannot find anyone in the Chicago area listed for this service. (North side) Any suggestions?

what satellite are you aimed at??

photoflash.....I have a traxis 2500 and it's been a big headache since the day I got it. I would really like to know the success you have had in finding different satellites and programming (before the storm). Any tips would be appreciated.

Check your dish and see if anything is loose (coax, mount etc)
