Oct 26, 2007 #5 You can determine if it is bad capacitors in the power supply, by reading all the tell tale signs in this other thread by Linuxman: http://www.satelliteguys.us/free-air-fta-discussion/108266-broken-pansat-3500-a.html If the unit is out of warranty (or warranty repair is too expensive), you might follow the suggestions found there. Of course, if you don't have the same symptoms and signs, then maybe it's something else. Have you tried to load new firmware to it recently.?.
