Traxis 1500

I just bought a FTA and [URL="http://www.traxis.us/"]Traxis[/URL] DBS1500 but I dont see Galaxy 25 on the satellite names. What satellite should it be?

97 G25 it used to be IA5 & T5
try looking it up as one of those
i can't remember but i think the traxis 1500 you can't edit the satellite names ( there should be a thread here on it somewhere)

Thanks for the info I searched on line but I wanted to see if someone has the 1500 and which satellite is Galaxy 25 on. On 1500 I dont see Telstar 5.

this was discussed about the traxis 2500 several months ago a person wanted to edit a satellite name but couldn't

if the receiver won't let you modify satellite data then it unlikely you can change it
you can try to modify the satellite names or satellite locations with the remote thru the menu. but it sounds like the receiver isn't updatable unles DMSI or the folks that make traxis updat the file for you.

I mean I only see intelstar 5 on Traxis 1500.

then maybe for now until there is a way to updated the information that a chart with satellite names as a cross reference would work
