transponder troubles

Have a 301 & 111 with a superdish on 105, the 111 receiver works in both beadroom & living room (all channels), the 301 in living room has 4 channels that do not come in, they are on the 119 sat. The sat signal on all transponders show over 100% in strength, but when change to those 4 channels, sits at aquiring signal. All of the other programing works great expect those on 4 & 18 transponders. I replaced a 3700 receiver with adapter with a 301 because having same problem. Replaced cable to 34 switch, tried changing ports on switch, changed ports on 119 LNB. Has anyone run into this problem? I am scheduled to go back their 9/28 evening. This is first time in 5 years installing ran into this kind of problem. Help?????
