Transponder 14 issues

Dish Network gave me free Starz for a year - there's only one problem - most of the movies we want to watch are using transponder 14. Having gone out and checked the dish pointing to ensure all is well - the only transponder with issues is 14. We can only get it to register around 19 while all the other transponders are registering around 40-65. Please help.

How are 15, 16 & 21? What signal strengths?

Signal looks a little low to me. you should get someone out there to re-align your dish.

What about Encore and NickJR they're on the same tp, Ion and TV Guide Network are also on 14, are any of those coming in? What is the signal on tp11 and 13?

Your signal levels are low. With low signal you will lose picture and get pixelation. You should have it repeaked. Depending on where your located the signal should be in the mid to upper 60s at the lowest and 70s, 80s or higher for 119 and 110.
