DirecTV is sending a me a new HR34 to replace my current one (see below for explanation). Can I transfer my recordings to the new unit somehow?
I'm having trouble with my 3 week old HR34 locking up. Basically my other units in the house can't talk with it. The HR34 appears dead - no lights, won't respond to remote, no signal to tv. It happened 3 times and DirecTV told me to bypass my surge protector. Since then it's happened twice. They are now sending me a new one...
