Toshiba DST-3100

I'm looking for a NON-TIVO HD receiver. If possible, I'd like one with an IR Remote. It doesn't need to be new.

I want to hook it up to an HDTV and also to a non-HD LCD TV that I use in the next room as a "slave", ie I hooked it up using the RF Cable and it only shows what is on the HDTV.

I thought the Toshiba DST-3100 would fill the bill, but I'm hearing that you can not have it set up this way. Anyone know if this is true or not.

If you know of any receivers that will, please let me know.

Check over at the AVSforum, they have a dedicated thread to this reciever. I know that the Sony HD300 and LG 3200a both have very good output from their s-vid/comp/RF downconverted lines.
