The on screen program guide does not show tonights Cleveland - White Sox game will be on channel 429HD. The guide does show the game will in SD on channel 429.
May 7 a life baseball game on Comcast Sportsnet Chicago only showed up on the guide on the SD channel. That night Dish did not begin showing the game in HD ( channel 429HD ) until the game was a few innings old.
I have contacted Dish by e-mail and chat to advise them that tonight's game should be in HD on channel 429. No responce to my e-mail. Randy the chat guy said there was noting he could do.
Is there anyway I could contact someone at Dish who would understand the game should be on channel 429HD and would have the abilty to make sure the entire game is shown on 429HD?
I am reluntant to to call Dish customer service. Back in April a Dish customer service rep told me Dish does not carry Comcast SportsNet Chicago in HD.
