TNT-HD NBA PQ tonight

I am noticing just like WGN-HD and TBS-HD during MLB. The picture goes out of focus to a blur. Tonight I was watching the NBA pregame and you would see a highlight of a game and when it went back to the studio with Charles Barkley and the rest of the crew you would see the screen blur for a second or 2 and it's going on during the game as well.

That's digital TV for you, it takes a second or so for the entire screen to refresh when an entire frame is changed - low bandwidth.

During the game the picture looked fantastic. The Nuggets play, not so much.

Email the production engineers of the broadcasts and get a definitive answer.

Yes, I noticed that many times before when I first got HD a year ago. Recently, that's not been the case. I thought maybe I was drinking to much beer.
