What package does the TMCXHD channel# 556 come in? I was looking online and did not see it. I lost the channel yesterday because my free 3 month premium deal was up and canceled them other than Cinemax. Also, can new customers get the HD extra pack free for 3 months?

I would say the Showtime package then because I have the Choice Ultimate and it is showing not subscribed.
